New snapshot release of EMAN, with QT3 as default, helixboxer and improvements on Batchboxer and Boxer.

New snapshot release of EMAN

The bugs that delayed the release should be fixed now. Sorry for the extended delay.

Note that vis5d is no longer included in the binary releases. Instead, the patched source including mrc2v5d can be downloaded in the 'required libraries' section.

Version Changes

Switch to QT3 as default. Some programs will be QT3 only now. New program 'helixboxer' Batchboxer can actually do autoboxing from references now. Boxer can now write to multiple file formats, just specify the extension. Ability to write to swapped-order spider files to be compatible with both platforms. Misc bugfixes and improvements.
