Note that the MDK 8.2 version is compiled WITHOUT support for distributed clusters. Use the RH7.2 package for this.
We will not provide binaries for linux releases earlier than RH7.2 any more.
Version Changes
Now reads a wider variety of 'standard' image types like GIF, BMP, etc using ImageMagick instead of netpbm. Various minor documentation fixes. There are still quite a few outdated comments that need to be corrected. Many improvements to support for EMAN calls from Python. This interface is still not supported in the binary releases, but this will be coming soon. Beginning of support for QT3. Not quite there yet. Usual assorted bugfixes. Note that Auxillary programs are now provided under a different 'version' for convenience.Download
