Form to obtain access to papers

Beware: electronic access to papers through the Internet that have already been published by journals constitutes a potential problem of copyright. This form provides you with access to the papers and has been created to at least in spirit comply with the copyright laws. Since one can simply make a Xerox copy of the paper for his/her personal use, you can access the html-versions of my papers for your personal use as well. In order to get to them, please read the rest.
