Aquaporin density was segmented from the density map in Chimera using "Zone" utility and the provided PDB. SSEs were identified and built using Gorgon's SSEHunter utility. Pseudoatoms were assigned using EMAN2s e2segment3d such that there were 221 points placed within the density. e2Pathwalker was used to identify the best possible path that connected all atoms. Iterative evaluation of pathwalker connectivities and pseudoatom position adjustment was used to produce the final model. The final model was reordered and sequence was assigned. Total time: ~1.5 day.
