Submission Comments

The map was segmented with Segger. Watershed regions were grouped by smoothing until a small number of regions were obtained (10), which could easily be grouped into 60s and 40s subunits interactively. Two chains from the docked structure 2go5 were then used as guidance. The segmented regions were ungrouped (broken up into smaller pieces), until regions corresponding to the two structures were seen. These two regions were separated and saved separately.
